Holistic Menopause Educator, Therapist Mentor & Integrative Practitioner

Rose Washington is a Holistic Integrative Practitioner, Menopause Educator & Mentor with over 37 years of experience in women’s health & therapeutic practice.

Her work now centres on mentoring therapists & practitioners to become menopause informed, nervous system aware & sustainable in the way they work. She brings together neuroscience, aromatherapy, reflexology & trauma informed understanding to bridge the gap between physiology, lived experience & clinical practice.

At the core of her approach is the recognition that early adversity & chronic stress shape the nervous system, often echoing into adulthood, menopause & ageing. Drawing on insight into ACEs, the HPA axis & vagus nerve regulation, alongside embodied & archetypal frameworks, Rose helps practitioners understand what their clients’ bodies are holding, and how to work with this safely, skilfully & without burnout.

This integration of science, therapeutic presence & lived experience has evolved into a framework that supports both client care & practitioner sustainability. Her work addresses menopause not only as a hormonal event, but as a neurological, emotional & identity transition that requires informed, regulated & compassionate practice.

Through mentoring, education & consultancy, Rose supports therapists navigating their own midlife transitions while building practices that are emotionally sustainable, ethically grounded & financially viable. Her approach is evidence informed, deeply respectful of the body’s rhythms & focused on practical, embodied tools for resilience, integration & self leadership in both professional & personal life.

Rose’s mission is simple: to help people regulate their nervous systems, reclaim their resilience & live with greater health, confidence & sovereignty.
